Boba was a clone of the famed Jango Fett. Jango taught Boba much, training him to become as skilled bounty hunter as his father-figure was before him. With all the weapon he has access to he was very skillful with the tutelage.
I do consider myself a big Star Wars fan and I learned something during this article. The way that Boba Fett died. Did you know that he did not die when he was was knocked into the mouth of the Sarlacc by Solo. He escaped due to his iron will and Mandalorian armor, he was able to fight his way out of the beast's belly, killing the Sarlacc.
Is the escape news to you or did you know this already?
Did Boba end up marrying one of the dancers from Jabbas palace? Although now that I think about it this might have just been some Fanfiction I read once upon a time
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to say that I do not think Fett married on the Hutt's dancers. That is an interesting FanFic to read..:)
DeleteThanks for your comment on my blog :) I love your theme too, I'm not a huge Star Wars nerd but I love the movies (the first 3, at least) and it's fun learning things that I didn't know! Can't wait to read the rest of your posts :)
ReplyDeleteLove this post! I've grown up in a family completely Star Wars obsessed. My older sister actually has a signed picture of Boba Fett by the actor himself, and her and my brother went to a Star Wars event in London and met aload of the actors and were filmed being chased by a load of storm troopers!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I knew that Boba Fett escaped! The perks of having a madly obsessed family!
I'm your newest follower as I'm a fan of Star Wars and can see that your a fantasy lover as so am I :)
Here's my B post for my Lord of the Rings theme:

I am happy to see that you care now going to be following the inner wandering of an eclectic geek. I am jealous of your sister to have a autograph of Boba..;) I think that I might start reading some of the books;)
DeleteThank you for stopping by my realm.
Great post! Looking forward to more!
ReplyDeleteThanks for feeding my inner nerd! I actually did not know that Boba Fett lived, but then again, I've never ventured too far away from the movies themselves. (The books live in a dusty corner of my humongous TBR planet.)
ReplyDeleteI am happy to feed your inner nerd..;) I was surprised as well that Fett was not SLOWLY digested.
DeleteI did not know that! What a treasure trove of info you are. I will definitely be back :-)

I am glad that you will be stopping back again..;)
DeleteGreat post. Boba Fett is the MAN. I hate the fact that they gave him a voice in the Special Editions. He's the strong silent type.
ReplyDeleteNew Follower and you got an award! Head over to pick it up! http://filmsketchr.blogspot.com/2012/04/explore-wooden-planet-of-alien-3-and-my.html

I agree with the added voice effects on Fett. His silence is always so much more intimidating..:) I would like to THANK YOU for the award..;)
DeleteNope, but now I know!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that he survived! Thanks for the awesome info!

I did not know he survived! I just figured he was digested alive. That is some great info.
ReplyDeleteMandalorian armor marks him as elite
ReplyDeleteIf he's on your bounty then you know that you're beat
Into the maw of the Sarlacc he fell, and yet
You can't keep a clone down, at least not Boba Fett
found you on a to z, looking forward to reading more!
